Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation and distribute monthly and weekly reports, which include key metrics, results, and variance reporting.
  • Play a vital role in Month- and Year-End Closing procedures, while actively supporting Budgeting and Forecasting activities. Work closely with Accounting, AP/AR and the Finance team to support monthly financial review.
  • Help streamline and improve weekly cashflow reporting and analysis.
  • Provide support and analysis for the bi-weekly reporting decks and variance explanations.
  • Support FP&A and Management Teams with various ad hoc analysis including request from PE partner.
  • Work closely with sales to update the monthly revenue forecast.
  • Provide assistance and expertise to internal partners to help interpret financial transactions.
  • Find opportunities to streamline processes and implement changes needed to increase reporting efficiency, accuracy, and ability to scale across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to support overall department and company goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the FP&A system (Planful) to ensure its effectiveness in supporting organizational needs.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent, proactive communication skills and professionalism with the ability to develop good working relationships and influence personnel in all departments and levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong in understanding systems, data management, and data analytics.
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical skills and financial modeling, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities based on team needs.
  • Proven capability for critical thinking and creative problem solving.
  • Impeccable work ethic with the ability to still have fun.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office; High degree of Excel skills required (Power query); SAP & Planful experience a plus.
  • Understanding of how to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Previous experiencing helping or managing cashflows.
